2. Services Description

Quinji provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

  • Incident response and malware removal
  • Server security hardening and optimization
  • Security audits and assessments
  • AI automation security implementation
  • Email security configuration

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your systems and security concerns
  • Grant necessary access to systems for security work (server, CMS, logs, etc.)
  • Maintain backups of your data before security work begins
  • Follow security recommendations provided
  • Notify us immediately of any issues arising from our work

4. Limitations of Liability

While we use industry best practices and exercise care in all security work:

  • We cannot guarantee that systems will never be compromised (no security is absolute)
  • We are not liable for data loss if proper backups were not maintained
  • We are not responsible for business interruption during emergency security response
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Your business and technical information
  • Security vulnerabilities discovered
  • Server configurations and access credentials
  • Any proprietary information shared during engagements

We may reference general case study information (anonymized) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Emergency incident response may require upfront payment
  • Project work is typically billed 50% upfront, 50% on completion
  • Ongoing support is billed monthly
  • Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. For active incidents or projects in progress, termination takes effect upon project completion or mutual agreement.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for excellence and follow security best practices, we make no warranties regarding:

  • Complete elimination of all security risks
  • Future security breaches (security is an ongoing process)
  • Compatibility with all third-party services or plugins

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Quinji against claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of our recommendations or services
  • Failure to implement critical security recommendations
  • Your violation of these terms

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
